PoGO Supplies

A single day of Go-Fest is just over 8 hours assuming you arrive early and leave at the end of the event. If you're going to be moving and on your feet for this long here are some recommendations for accessories and gear. Many of these can make the overall experience much more comfortable and convenient.

First you'll need to make sure you have a comfortable bag to store all your gear. I personally use a small children's backpack since it can fit everything and isn't too bulky.

PoGO Packing List

Below is everything I bring with me when I set out for a community days or when I'm planning to play for an extended period of time. I've also included sections for hot and cold weather.

Core Items

Auto-catcher - This is the obvious one, but I can't recommend it enough
Power bank - PoGO is a literally battery vampire, so a strong one is worth it
Hydroflask - 11/10 recommend this water bottle for keeping drinks cold

Health & Sanitation

Sunscreen/Bug Spray - Sunburn sucks and you'll be outside, where the bugs live
Hand Sanitizer - Clean your greasy goblin hands
Deodorant - Don't be gross, you're going to sweat so bring it with you
Extra Socks - You'll want a change available after walking, sweating, or wet feet
Oil-Absorbing Volcanic Roller - Keep your T-zone clean with this oil remover for your face

Hot Weather

Cooling Towel - Add a little water and drape it around your neck to keep cool
Portable fan - A cool breeze hanging around your neck

Cold Weather

Touchscreen Gloves - Keep your hands warm while still being able to play
Rechargeable Handwarmers - Extra insurance to keep your hands warm
