I personally measure everything by feel unless specifically needed. If a recipe doesn't include measurements you'll need to infer by taste.


Cooking Directions

  1. Mix marinade and place skirt steak in plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours
  2. Mix ingredients for pico de galo and set aside
  3. Grill steak on high for about 3 minutes on each side (130 degrees)
  4. Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes
  5. Heat tortillas, assemble tacos, and enjoy
