Curry Wurst
Ingredients
- bratwurst
- curry sauce
- onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- can of crush tomatoes
- splash of worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

Cooking Directions
- Grill or pan fry brats until cooked
- While brats are cook onion until softened
- Add other sauce ingredients into pan and simmer for 10 minutes
- Remove sauce from pan and blend until smooth
- Cut brats and top with sauce and pinch of curry powder
