Stuffed Peppers

I personally measure everything by feel unless specifically needed. If a recipe doesn't include measurements you'll need to infer by taste.


Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the tops and clean peppers
  2. Place in a pot covering with water then simmer for 3 minutes to soften peppers and remove to cool/drain
  3. Cook rice all the way through, then remove from heat and let cool
  4. Put onions, garlic, seasoning, half your tomato sauce, and ground beef in a pan until beef is browned
  5. After draining grease mix with rice and spoon into peppers and top with remaining red sauce
  6. Bake in oven for 20 to 35 minutes at 350
