Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- ground beef
- tomato sauce
- onion, diced
- garlic, diced
- rice (1 cup)
- seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder

I personally measure everything by feel unless specifically needed. If a recipe doesn't include measurements you'll need to infer by taste.
Cooking Directions
- Cut the tops and clean peppers
- Place in a pot covering with water then simmer for 3 minutes to soften peppers and remove to cool/drain
- Cook rice all the way through, then remove from heat and let cool
- Put onions, garlic, seasoning, half your tomato sauce, and ground beef in a pan until beef is browned
- After draining grease mix with rice and spoon into peppers and top with remaining red sauce
- Bake in oven for 20 to 35 minutes at 350
