- corn
- butter sauce
- butter, melted
- garlic, minced
- kosher salt and pepper
- toppings:
- kewpie mayo
- cotija cheese
- chipotle chili powder
- cilantro
- lime

Remove the kewpie mayo, chipotle chili powder, cilantro, and lime in place of the below:
Italian Street Corn
- pesto
- red pepper flakes
- parmesan cheese
Hot Cheetos Street Corn
- flamin' hot cheetos
- mayo

I personally measure everything by feel unless specifically needed. If a recipe doesn't include measurements you'll need to infer by taste.
Cooking Directions
- Remove husk, silk, and stem from corn
- Wrap corn in plastic wrap and microwave for about 5 to 6 minutes
- Place on grill turning frequently and brushing with butter sauce
- Remove from grill once you have a nice char
- Brush with mayo and add desired toppings
